DFW MEDICAL CENTER is a start-up organization that provides an extremely valuable and sought after medical assistance service to a growing population in Abu Dhabi.   DFW MEDICAL CENTER will succeed by providing peace of mind for clients and their families through an otherwise difficult time in their lives. Whatever needs to be done to serve in the best interest of the individual, DFW MEDICAL CENTER coordinates and manages.
• The Management Team
DFW MEDICAL CENTER is led by an industry veteran, owner and president Dr. Yasin Ramahi.   Dr. Ramahi has years of experience in every facet of the industry from care giving, consultation to billing and discharge planning.  During his 15+ years working in the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), he oversaw many of the requirements that are now just becoming mandatory. This gives him unique insight and knowledge of the entire procedures and regulations.  This makes him and his appointed officers the best candidates for the start-up of the company.  
• Objectives
DFW MEDICAL CENTER has four driven objectives:
• Provide Key base services of General Practice and Dental Services.
• Be one of only a few (Currently one of two) facilities authorized by HAAD to perform Occupational Health Screening in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide a Sleep Apnea lab that can cater to improving health as well as meet the needs for key services, such as commercial airline pilots where this testing is mandatory.
• Ensure the facility is modernized to meet the digital requirements for HAAD as they move forward with their own modernization standards for medical facilities.

The mission of DFW MEDICAL CENTER is to provide quality, comprehensive and loving health care coordination and medical management services.  This service assists not only corporations, individuals, families and care givers, but also doctors, nurses, specialists, and emirate authorities.

Financially prudent, DFW MEDICAL CENTER seeks to provide smart, innovative, comprehensive health care coordination and management which will decrease private, public and government spending.
2.0 Company Summary
Working in the community and emirate and national authorities, DFW MEDICAL CENTER can make, coordinate, and accompany individuals to medical appointments and treatments.  We also provide document summaries from these appointments or treatments.  This assists medical insurance agencies in streamlining overall costs, health care providers in targeting problems, summaries, recommendations and plans.
DFW MEDICAL CENTER interacts with HAAD and other government authorities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home care agencies, community resources, family and friends with the goal to make the general and mandatory portions of the business the least costly for the overall business environment.  This decreases employee turnover, unnecessary claims, decreased emergency room visits, re-admissions, and return to facilities which are all costly.  Our personalized health care coordinators and managers help not only the individual, the sick and the families but also, our medical providers, insurers, society and the government.
2.1 Company Ownership
DFW MEDICAL CENTER, in accordance with UAE law, is a privately owned limited liability corporation with a 51% local owner and a 49% foreign resident ownership encompassing three persons (two of whom are doctors).  Founder, Dr. Yasin Ramahi formed the business in May of 2016 with a soft opening in September 2017 and a planned grand opening of January 2018.

Dr Yasin Ramahi
Dr Ramahi specialized in Medical field. His talents as both a doctor and an administrator led him to the Heath Authority in Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) where he spent over 15 years, many of them in a senior leadership role. He has built strong relationships with all the regional health authorities giving him unprecedented access to key regional decision makers in government organizations. His reputation has allowed him to forge ties with some of the leading healthcare providers in the world in places such as Korea, Germany, the UK, Jordan, Canada and the US.
Dr Ramahi was the one of the Co-finders of Abu Dhabi occupational Health safety (OSHAD) and also he is one of Co-finders of Abu Dhabi waste management Center (Tadweer) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
