Summary and overview of white papers in this area. Prepared remarks from discussants. Moderated open discussion. Session moderator: Jiasi Chen (UC Riverside, USA).

About this workshop: The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in a massive, unanticipated, rapid, and near universal switch from face-to-face to completely online teaching and learning at colleges and universities around the world. With little-to-no time for preparation, amazing effort and creativity was needed simply to finish up ongoing courses. There's been a tremendous amount of innovation, improvisation, and learning-by-doing around the world. As we contemplate the Fall of 2020 and beyond, there may be domain-specific resources, knowledge, lessons-learned, and experience that, when shared, could be valuable and of interest to many in the networking education community. An informal, on-line-only, networking education community discussion will be convened over two half days August 5-6, with sponsorship from ACM SIGCOMM, to identify challenges, discuss solutions, and share knowledge and experience.

Informal white papers ranging from one to ten pages in length are most welcome, addressing these and other relevant questions, and will only be lightly reviewed for appropriateness to the workshop's themes. Papers might report on experience and personal lessons learned, on resources developed, or simply put forward an opinion or an idea.
