This video is in response to the the numerous reports that the Gears 5 workaround that we shared a few months ago to play the single-player campaign in SteamOS may no longer be working. In this video, we will show that the workaround does indeed still work and we will go through the steps to show you just how easy it is to get it to work. Just a reminder, this method will not allow you to play the multiplayer aspect of the game because of the Easy Anti-cheat requirement. This will only allow you to play the single-player campaign.
