" The Metro ", também publicado como " Metro ", é uma canção de 1981 escrita por John Crawford para sua banda Berlin.

O System of a Down gravou três versões cover da música, a primeira em sua fita demo sem título de 1995, uma segunda em sua quarta fita demo homônima de 1997 e a terceira no maxi single " Lonely Day " de 2006 (o último também apareceu no trilhas sonoras de Dracula 2000 e Not Another Teen Movie ).

A versão do SOAD foi incluída na lista da OC Weekly de 2016 das "20 melhores canções cover de metal".
