The panel in Karachi is chaired by Ambassador Attiya Mahmood, former Ambassador for Pakistan to the Kingdom of Morocco, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Republic of Indonesia. Her panellists include:
- Maria Umar (Founder & President, Women's Digital League)
- Ayla Raza (All Pakistan Music Conference, Karachi)
- Farhat Asif (Founder & President, Institute of Peace & Diplomatic Studies)
- Abdiya Shaheen (Depilex SmileAgain Foundation)
- Dr Sania Nishtar (Special Assistant on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety to the Prime Minister of Pakistan)

Our 3rd Global Conversation raised important points around women in leadership across cultures and continents, but also the fact that complexities of being a woman in any industry are much more nuanced in terms of the challenges we face amongst other women, how we lead as women. More than 60 speakers debated simultaneously across the world how we can move the needle on women's issues.
