Class of 2020’s Akani Swana has started his own podcast, which focuses on mental health and mental wellbeing. In one his latest episodes, he interviews Dr Ursula Froschauer, a former learner herself (2005) and current school psychologist.


Topics covered include the importance of sleep, diet, exercise, relationships and our mindset. If we pay attention to these five aspects, we can help ourselves be better versions of ourselves. It is especially important to be intentional about this during lockdown and the times of Covid-19.
