President Donald Trump says he is cutting the number of US troops in Germany by half because Berlin is "delinquent" in its contributions to NATO and treats the US "badly" on trade. "Until they pay, we are removing our soldiers, a number of our soldiers, by about half. And then when we get down to 25,000, we'll see where we're going," Trump tells reporters.
