In this video, I discuss the recent Twitter hack, and what it means for Bitcoin.

I think that it is significant that in their moment of almost godlike power, the hackers asked for Bitcoin-- not gold, not Ethereum, not Cardano or Chainlink. While most illegal activities are committed worldwide using US dollars, Bitcoin is the most secure, first choice of anyone who wants security and ease of use. This bodes well for its eventual worldwide adoption.

Second, the Twitter hack shows the vulnerability of centralized platforms and networks. It is very easy to compromise a human gate-keeper to a centralized network. This is one of the many reasons that I prefer Bitcoin over other more centralized cryptos like Ethereum.
