U.S Consulates reopening. Kenya and Cameroon opens for students, Germany opens for Citizens.

Some U.S embassies have started visa processing at a limited rate . The outbreak of COVID caused every country to seal its borders. The entry of certain type of visa holders has stopped as the pandemic started.
It became worst in American when the U.S President signed proclamations extending these suspensions until December 2020.
At that time , prospective applicants has hopes things will be normal. On the 31th of December, these restrictions was pushed until March 2021.
What is left to know is , some countries started opening their doors as the pandemic subsided a little bit. These countries has to close it again . Now , news is reaching that some foreign U.S consulates have resumed processing of non immigrant visas .
Cameroon, Kenya , Germany and a couple of others.
