As the first tournament series during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Düsseldorf Masters, continues with its 10th edition, Vincent Senkbeil made his first appearance. He met U23 national player Gerrit Engemann from Hamm in Round of 16. Apart from Vincent, there were three more players from the ttspieler community.

You can see that it’s the first tournament for 16-year old Vincent after the Covid-19 pandemic. Still, he fought bravely and managed to keep the distance small even though he could not win a game. This was the last Düsseldorf Masters tournament with youth players but hopefully, the German Table Tennis Association tries something new so that there still will be tournaments!
