Journalist Abby Martin talks about her major legal challenge against the state of Georgia for banning her from speaking engagements due to her refusal to sign a pro-Israel loyalty oath. She will discuss the implications anti-BDS laws have on the First Amendment and why the pro-Palestine movement is on the front lines fighting for free speech in the US.

Ms. Martin believes that Israel is a settler-colonial state; that its goal is, and has always been, to kill or expel the Indigenous population, the Palestinians, so that Jewish colonizers can have an ethno-supremacist state. According to her, for non-Jews, Israel is an apartheid state. She believes that, in order to maintain a Jewish majority, Israel persecutes Palestinians similar to how Nazi Germany persecuted Jews.
