The panel will guide us through the precise steps that need to be taken during 2021 at key moments – so that we unlock deeper wider action on debt, Special Drawing Rights, increased public and private finance for the COVID response and the fight back through to a full recovery and reset – so we end up with a public and private finance system that actually is engineered to both crack the crises of void inequality and climate and fully deliver the SDGs. But these strategic steps must be urgently taken or instead of a decade of delivery we risk a decade of disaster and lost development.
