Why isn't anybody talking about the role of manners in healthier societies? Each week's Risky Wrinkle addresses the relevant factors that the main discourse is not addressing or is distorting.

Are manners the best explanation why Japan has the lowest rate of death due to covid and the US and Britain have the most deaths? What's the relationship between manners, freedoms, and rights? Can manners be enforced, incentivized, or trained?
